Infinity Resources, Inc., offers two primary services for our clients - CUSTOM TAILORED PAYROLLING and REFERRAL STAFFING.

CUSTOM TAILORED PAYROLLING
- is the activity of placing a client's hand-picked candidates onto our payroll for the purposes of legal employment. Simply, the client's referral becomes our employee and is therefore covered under our Workman's Compensation, Unemployment Compensation, and Social Security Tax Matching. Our clients save not only on the direct costs of securing these mandated benefits as their own business expenses but Infinity Resources, Inc. passes on an additional savings in rates to reflect the savings generated in our client's referral of good candidates. As Infinity Resources, Inc. does not have to endure the costs of advertising, screening, and selecting candidates for your account, we pass on a savings in our rates.

REFERRAL STAFFING- is the activity of our clients, who do not have a candidate in mind, calling our service, describing their staffing needs, and placing an order for one or several employees to fill that staffing need. The same benefits of Workman's Compensation, Unemployment Compensatioin, and Social Security Matching still apply in Referral Staffing. Although our rates are necessarily higher for this service, it is the most popular service with clients who have season peaks, vacation absences, and large volume orders to accomodate for their own clients.

Referral Staffing is available at any time and rates are usually quoted at the time of your need and based upon the skills required of our staffer as well as the availability of such skilled staffers.

Our invoicing terms are "Due upon receipt". Please realize that Infinity Resources, Inc. is advancing payroll for your staffer and, at the high cost of money, cannot afford to finance your payroll for 30 days.

The Tangible Cost & Time Saving Benefits of Our Services

* The direct dollar savings of Unemployment Insurance Benefits associated with the conclusion of a temporary assignment. Since the temp staffer is on our payroll, the U.C. Benefits are charged to our account and not to your company's account. As you reduce your annual payroll and reduce the number of claims against your company's account, your company benefits in dollar savings today and in years to come.

* All risk of Workman's Compensation Insurance coverage on each temporary rests with our company and not with yours. If a temporary is injured, simply inform us immediately and we will take care of the complex compensation details.

* As we are the employer of the temporary, our service is responsible for matching, penny for penny, the Social Security component deducted from each temp's weekly wages. You save both weekly and daily paperwork as well as dollars spent on staff to manage this benefit.

* All weekly, quarterly, and W- 2 accounting is done by our service. "Dotting the 'i's and crossing the 't's" is our responsibility. As the temp staffer is our employee, all the financial record keeping and reporting is our task, from weekly payroll to W- 2 's.

* Our services are completely deductible from your corporate taxes. Our invoices can be deducted from your taxes by treating those costs as direct labor costs. Please consult your accountant for complete details.

* All responsibility for United States Citizenship, I-9 verification rests with our service. As the temp staffer is our employee, we are charged to verify each candidate's eligibility to work in the United States.

* With you, we share the responsibility of understanding and complying with new A.D.A. Law directives. As our policy, we encourage the fair treatment of the disabled candidate.

* No mandatory commitment to keep our staffer for any set length of time. From as little as 4 hours on one day to several years, as our client, you tell us what time frame suits your needs.

* Easy transfer, at end of assignment, of our staffer onto your payroll for established industrial clients and payrolling clients.

* Value added services. We are happy to use our experience and resources in our industry and our community to help develop solutions to your employment questions and challenges. These solutions are often free of charge and help us to keep most current with developments in our industry.
