Q. How do I apply for work through Infinity Resources, Inc.?
A. Each person appearing at Infinity Resources, Inc. who asks for an application will be given: an application, an I-9 I.N.S. form, a T.J.T.C. form and 2 copies of our abbreviated work rules. Applications are accepted in our downtown Erie, Girard, and East Erie locations from 8:00 am to 11:30 am and from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm. In Conneaut, Ashtabula and Painesville you may apply from 9:00 am to 11:30 am and from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

Q. When I work for Infinity Resources, Inc., who is my employer?
A. Infinity Resources, Inc. staff members who are assigned to work with our clients are legally employed by Infinity Resources, Inc. This employment relationship includes weekly payroll, Social Security Tax matching, Workman's Compensation and Unemployment Insurance as our obligation to our employees. While working, our staff members are under the care, custody and control of our clients. In short, our clients benefit directly from our staffers' hard work while Infinity Resources, Inc. maintains both legally mandated benefits and other benefits of employment for each of our staffers.

Q. How do I get paid?
A. Your payroll is composed, printed, adjusted and distributed from our downtown Erie office. You may pick up your paycheck from the branch office where you originally applied. Infinity Resources, Inc. payroll is cashable at P.N.C. Bank in Pa., Second National Bank of Warren and Key Bank in Ohio or wherever you normally do your banking.

Q. Will I owe Infinity Resources, Inc. any money for their services?
A. At no time does Infinity Resources, Inc. charge a fee for our services to our staff members. To make a profit, Infinity Resources, Inc. charges our clients, those companies where our staffers are working on assignment, a service markup which represents the cost of benefits, payroll and a small profit.

Q. Does Infinity Resources, Inc. have a policy regarding drugs and/or alcohol testing?
A. Infinity Resources, Inc. maintains a highly structured Drug & Alcohol Testing Policy. We believe that the use of drugs and alcohol by employees in the workplace is unacceptable since it can adversely affect health, safety, productivity, public confidence and trust. Our employees are subject to testing in four instances: pre-employment (by client request), post work related accident, for probable cause, and random testing. Any employee(s) who refuse or fail any or all of these tests will be immediately dismissed.

Q. Are there any benefits working through Infinity Resources, Inc.?
A. All employees on assignment with our service are insured for paid benefit of Workman's Compensation Insurance for work related injuries. Social Security Wage matching is also a benefit that you may expect for Infinity Resources, Inc. One half is paid by Infinity Resources, Inc. and one half is paid by you on a weekly basis via payroll deduction. Unemployment Insurance is available to those who are ruled eligible by the Commonwealth or State for this benefit of employment.

Q. Are there additional benefits available?
A. Employees having worked with our service for 1,500 hours within a consecutive one year period may be eligible for the 6 major holidays: Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving Day. Further, upon completion of 1,500 hours of service within a consecutive one year period, our employees may be eligible for a bonus equal to one week's average pay.

Q. Any additional benefits available?
Health Care Benefits:
Infinity Resources, Inc.offers an affordable Limited-Benefit Medical Insurance Plan: Benefits-In-A-Card . Underwritten by American Heritage Life Insurance Co. (a member of the Allstate Group) it features prescription drug coverage and a $15 Office Visit copay with Network available through PHCS via www.phcs.com
401(k) Retirement Plan:
Infinity Resources and ADVEST, Inc. have teamed up to provide a tax deferred, payroll deduction based retirement saving account for staffers working for six months or more. Staffers may choose from many investments to begin to save for their retirement years.
Credit Union Privileges:
Infinity Resources has joined Lord Federal Credit Union to allow our staffers access to no fee or low fee savings and checking accounts as well as discounts on a variety of loans and other bank products.
Direct Deposit:
Infinity Resources can deposit staffers' paychecks directly to their bank account. PNC Bank offers a basic checking, saving, ATM service at no charge to our staffers who take advantage of direct deposit through their Workplace Banking account. Six monthly teller visits and other banking benefits are also available through this program
